Sandra Greenaway's creations are a blend of contemporary and vintage fabrics, piecing techniques, an artful eye and couture sewing. Inspired by traditional Japanese kimono design and sewing techniques to create garments with elements of that tradition - simple lines, quilting, piecing of fabrics, and creative use of colour and texture. Experienced in quilt and stained glass making Sandra has an Arts degree and training in apparel design from the University of Manitoba. Simplicity has become the ultimate sophistication.
She now works from her home studio in Duncan on Vancouver Island.
